Tattoos of Stars Out of This Universe

If you want to find tattoos of stars that are simply beyond your imagination and out of this universe then stop looking online.  Instead, you need to ante up, shell out a few bucks like you would to buy an ink magazine and get a membership to a design database like the best tattoo artists do.  Yes, I know that artists create their own designs, but they do get inspiration from somewhere…  Unless you are an experienced tattoo artist or artist by nature, I wouldn’t recommend drawing your own.  I also don’t recommend telling a tattoo artist to ‘surprise me’, as you may not be thrilled with what you end up with.

Bottom line is that if you think you’ll find the best or award winning designs online you won’t.  You will find pictures of people branded with tattoos of stars but you wont’ find the clean cut image your artist needs.  I gave up my magazines a long time ago, since I’m always on my computer and research just about everything online.  I use chopper-tattoos, although I’m sure there are other credible ones out there.  If you have any doubt, simply compare what you’ve found thus far in your search against what you were hoping to find and you’ll see I’m right.

Want Tattoos? Dolphin Designs Are for Everyone

Alright, to be fair I’ll retract my title statement and say that maybe tattoos, dolphin ones included, aren’t for everyone.  For those that like them though, they are the best and they are great to work with from an artist’s standpoint.  They have nice curves, a body that doesn’t need extreme detail to be identified and there are so many designs to choose from.  My tattoo artist gave me my first tattoo fifteen years ago and did my second one as well.  I knew who to turn to for design ideas and I couldn’t wait to hook up with her.

After looking at scores of tattoos, dolphin designs and more, I decided to take a few home and mill them over for some time before deciding.  I’m glad I did because I thought of a combined design I want my artist to draw.  I know I won’t be getting too many more tattoos but in the mean while I still enjoy looking at the cool designs and amazing artists’ work (chopper-tattoo is where I browse).  A lot of things can be draining to research and luckily this isn’t one of them.  Have fun looking through the possibilities and creating your own.

Scorpion Tattoos: Is This Design for You?

There are men and women, young  and old, rich and poor, and all of them are donning scorpion tattoos. And why not?  As far as tattoos go, scorpions are an oldie but goodie design that can suit just about anyone’s style.  I must confess I’ve never seen a girly scorpion tattoos or many that are cartoonish and attractive, but that’s only my taste and preference.  That’s one great thing about ink; it’s all about you as an individual and all that matters is that you love it.

I’m thinking of getting a Scorpio symbol tattooed on the back of my neck.  I was thinking about my ankle but I’m not sold on the idea. No matter, as I have a few weeks to decide and still haven’t finalized my design.  I know my artist will elaborate on the one I choose to truly make it fit me (I start with designs from chopper-tattoo and have them customized further).  I also can’t decide on color, as my two current tattoos are black ink only.  No matter how I fine tune it, I know it will be awesome; the only thing more important than a great design is an even greater artist so choose your ink master wisely.

Rosary Tattoos and Beyond

I have a few tattoos already and in my search to acquire a design for another one, I started my search looking for rosary tattoos.  I have two tribal tatts and I love them (or they wouldn’t be tattooed on my body!), but I think I’m in the mood for something new.  I know rosary tattoos aren’t for everyone; tattoos aren’t even for everyone. But having said that, I think they are great and if you do too, then start looking at designs because your choices are near countless.

I found rosary tattoos in the database of designs I use.  There were a few that were stunning and some that seemed to reproduce the same feel with a slight twist.  Color is always the determining and sticky factor for me, and rosary tattoos are no exception.  I’ve seen a few black ones and few others that were intertwined with beads of color; they were all great.  I’m still looking and I look everyday.  Sooner or later I know I’ll see the design that’s perfect for me and, until then, I’ll keep looking because, when it comes to inking your body, you can never take too much time (the database of designs I access is that of Chopper-Tattoos).

Be Creative with Flame Tattoos

Are you tired of tattoos that don’t have that extra special spark of life?  Fortunately, you can take almost any design and add some flames to it.  Aside from creating a novel effect, you can also choose different flame colors.  In some cases, you may also simply want to have a flame motif that winds around other tattoos.  Regardless of whether you choose metallic flames or more realistic ones, they will create an attractive and colorful element.

Consider a situation where you want a heart tattoo.  If you choose a heart outline, it will be possible to create flame ribbons going on all directions.  You may even want to have  multi-colored flames, or ones dedicated to a specific theme.  This may include patriotic looking flames, as well as ones dedicated to a specific holiday.  Depending on the design, you may also want to adapt flame tattoos into words, numbers, and other types of symbols.

When you incorporate flames into a design, the potential variations are endless.  You may even want to adapt one or more of the designs found on the Chopper Tattoo website.  Chances are, you will find that most tattoo artists will have a number of suggestions that will help them create stunning flame tattoos for you.
